Shipping Terms

We've made some changes to our delivery charges, as we decided it wasn't fair to penalise our best customers by charging them more for shipping, while small orders get free shipping. We also hope this new system makes it a bit easier to understand.

UK Customers -

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days of receipt of payment. However, during times of high demand (such as during the busy Christmas period) it may take up to a week to dispatch your order. 

International Customers -

Most countires will have the options of standard international airmail or International Signed For during the checkout process. Standard airmail does not include insurance and can take 7-14 days for delivery.

For priority delivery, international customers have the option of International Signed For. International Signed For aims to deliver in 5-7 days, although this is not guaranteed. International Signed For includes insurance for jewellery items. We strongly recommend that any orders containing jewellery or precious metals (gold or silver), or in excess of £30 value are sent International Signed For.
