Returns and Refunds At Magpie Jewellery, we want you to be as happy with your products as we are. We offer a no quibbles refund on return of your order in full or part within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in as new condition. Customer to pay the postage costs unless return is due to faulty or incorrect merchandise. You may also choose to have a substitute item or items to the same value instead of a refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment received. If there are special circumstances, we may consider accepting a return for refund outside of the 14 day period. Such returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 10% of the original order value or £1.00, which ever is greater. Please contact us at customer services to arrange such a return. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Occasionally items may get lost or damaged in transit. If you belive your order has been lost in transit, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible. If your order has arrived damged in whole or part, please keep the packaging materials and contact our customer services team to arrange a return. We will require the packaging as well as any damaged products in order to issue a replacement. In the event of a claim being raised for a lost or damaged order, you the customer agree to provide us with any requested aid or proof of loss or damage, including photographs of damage, return of damaged items including the packaging or written statement of loss. We will indemnify you against any reasonable costs incurred in the process of obtaining proof. (For example, cost of photo processing for paper photos of damage.) Without these Magpie Jewellery will be unable to make the refund or offer an alternative, although we will still aid you in raising a claim against Royal Mail should you wish to do so. |
